  • Installation and on-site technical support: Our field service engineers, software application specialists and trainers, and technical support professionals are with you at every step, from installation to daily operation, to keep your system running smoothly 24/7.

  • Remote support services: Our experts remotely monitor your system around the clock to prevent downtime and ensure potential issues are resolved as quickly as possible. As part of this service, we send you preventive notifications, diagnose and resolve application questions over the phone, and provide real-time demonstrations of specific features to improve user effectiveness.

  • Comprehensive support and maintenance services: These services supplement your biomedical and IT resources, forming an integral part of your facility’s technical asset support plan.

  • Software updates: When updating from a prior version of EndoWorks to the next version (e.g., moving from version 1.1 to version 1.2), you will not incur any additional charges. When making an upgrade (e.g., moving from version 1. to version 2.), you will receive a discount.
